He brings deep expertise in terminal tractors, trailers, and port logistics—expanding dealer networks and delivering tailored solutions across ports, distribution centers, and industrial sites.

Jim leads PERC’s material handling market program, with 25+ years spanning procurement, design, and construction—from 500-gallon installs to million-gallon midstream infrastructure. He has overseen hundreds of propane autogas sites and is active in national codes and standards (NFPA 54 and 58), shaping safe storage and handling practices across commercial and industrial applications.
